Scope of Services
Jeminu Wellness offers virtual wellness consultations, holistic lifestyle coaching, and educational services. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. As a licensed Registered Nurse, Nicole Pompey draws on her professional background and holistic training to provide supportive guidance not medical care.
 

Booking & Scheduling
All sessions must be booked in advance using our designated booking platform. You will receive a confirmation email with session details and access links. Please ensure you have a quiet, private space and stable internet connection for virtual sessions.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time with no penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

• One courtesy reschedule is allowed per client per session. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of service.

• Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

• A 15 minute grace period will be given for appointments. After 15 minutes it will considered a no-show
   

Refunds
All virtual services are non-refundable once rendered. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as results vary by individual and depend on client participation.
In the event of technical issues or practitioner cancellation, a full reschedule or credit will be offered.
 

Confidentiality
All client information shared during sessions is confidential and protected in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA awareness. No personal information will be shared without your written consent unless required by law.
 

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time, participating fully, and communicating any questions or concerns. Jeminu Wellness is not liable for outcomes related to lack of follow-through or misuse of guidance.
 

Technology Disclaimer
Jeminu Wellness is not responsible for issues due to internet outages, device problems, or third-party platform failures. Please test your connection and setup in advance to ensure a smooth session experience. 
 

Updates to Terms 
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in offerings, policies, or legal compliance. The latest version will always be available prior to booking.
